Oil Protein Diet
Breakfast drink for cancer, heart or arthritis sufferers
- Take 3 tablespoons of linseed oil mixed with 100g of Quark; best to also use about 3 tablespoons of skimmed milk (fresh and not homogenised) to create a smooth mixture.
- You can use more or less oil, it depends on your personal taste, but the Quark has to fully absorb the oil, so if it doesn’t you have used too much oil.
- Add I teaspoon of Agave juice or honey and 2 tablespoons of freshly grinded linseeds.
- Then use a mixture of fresh organic fruits (any fruits that are in season e.g. apples, berries, peaches, grapes etc but not bananas because of their high carbohydrate level which pushes the blood sugar level very high very quickly.)
- If you want you can improve the flavour further by adding vanilla or cinnamon. Finally, add some organic nuts.
For prevention, Dr Budwig recommends eating this at least once a week, but daily is preferable. If you have cancer, heart disease or an immune system disorder she recommends once a day (twice a day is optimal).
All products are readily available in health food shops and larger supermarkets.
A further challenge during our winter – for best results, you should get one hours sunlight (outside will do) per day.
